Measure around the fullest part of your bust, typically at nipple level. Keep the tape parallel to the ground and lean forward at 45°.
Wear a non-padded bra or no bra. Measure snugly around your ribcage, just below your breasts. Make sure the tape is level all around.
Bend forward at 45 degrees. Measure around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be loose enough to move easily.
For best results, have someone help you measure. Take measurements at the end of the day when you're slightly swollen for a comfortable fit.

The band should be snug but comfortable. You should be able to fit two fingers under the band. If it rides up in the back, it's too loose.
Your breasts should fill the cups completely without spilling over. No gaps or wrinkling means a perfect fit!
If 34B doesn't fit perfectly, try 32C (smaller band, larger cup) or 36A (larger band, smaller cup).
Your bra size can change due to weight fluctuations, pregnancy, or age. Measure every 6 months for the best fit.
Different bra styles may fit differently. A push-up bra might require a different size than a sports bra.
Sizing can vary between brands. Always try on bras before purchasing if possible, or check our return policy.
